Our office is conviently located in Jackson, TN at 170 Murray Guard Dr. in Shadow Creek Park.  We also offer sattalite clinics in Humboldt, Lexington, and Bolivar.  The satallite clinics are only offered at certains times of the month so please contact our office for details.  We also ask that first time patients be seen in our main office for their initial visit.
